Here, the trucking community comes together. Leaders, drivers, advocates, and industry groups — all in one place, all working toward a stronger and more transparent future for the profession we love. We may come from different backgrounds, different sectors, different roads… but we share the same mission:
“To protect the American trucker. To lift up the voices that have gone unheard. And to support real, meaningful reform across this industry. This is not a political space. This is not a corporate space. This is a driver’s space — built for unity, visibility, and empowerment.”
We Will Be Heard!!

Live Stream Weekly Tuesday 10am and Friday 5pm pacific time
Vince, known across TikTok as TruckersUniteNow, is one of the most consistent and respected pro-driver voices in the industry. His content blends common-sense breakdowns, sharp analysis, and a calm, level-headed approach to the chaos drivers face every day. Vince is known for taking complicated issues — rates, regulations, market manipulation, and industry corruption — and turning them into conversations drivers can actually understand and take action on.
He isn’t loud, he isn’t flashy, and he isn’t here for attention. As a freelance journalist Vince built his platform on integrity, patience, and a genuine desire to help drivers think for themselves instead of getting swept up in misinformation or industry propaganda. He challenges bad ideas without attacking the person behind them, and he works daily to bridge divides between company drivers, owner-operators, small carriers, and influencers.
Vince’s mission is simple: educate, empower, and unite drivers around truth, not drama. Through TikTok, livestreams, and group discussions, he’s become one of the steady voices helping bring trucking back to a place of respect, transparency, and collaboration.
Vince isn’t out to be a leader — but his level head, honesty, and consistency have earned him the trust of drivers across the country. He is a crucial part of the grassroots movement to fix this industry from the ground up.

We are DONE being polite. We are DONE being patient. We are DONE watching politicians…
Live Stream Weekly Saturday 3pm central time
We are DONE being polite.
We are DONE being patient.
We are DONE watching politicians and pencil-pushers dismantle an industry they know NOTHING about.
If you haul freight in this country, THIS is your moment.
You want truth?
Here it is — raw and unfiltered:
Washington has been chipping away at trucking for YEARS.
Regulation after regulation.
Mandate after mandate.
Paperwork written by people who can’t even back up a minivan, much less a 53-footer.
We kept our heads down.
We kept rolling.
We kept America alive.
But now?
Now they want to replace us.
You heard what the president said.
That America doesn’t have the ‘talent.’
That we need to bring in workers from outside our borders to do the jobs WE’VE done for generations.”
“And I don’t know about you… but that doesn’t sit right with me.
Not after everything we’ve been through.
Not after everything WE carry on our backs every damn day.”
Truckers — YOU kept this nation alive.
YOU drove through a pandemic when the roads were empty and the country was terrified.
YOU delivered food to empty shelves.
YOU rolled through riots, storms, shutdowns, and regulations that would break the average man.”
“And now you’re being told America needs ‘new talent’?
That YOU aren’t enough?
That YOU can be replaced?!”
We slept in truck stops while the world was locked inside their homes.
And we NEVER stopped.”
“So don’t tell me America lacks talent.
Don’t tell me truckers aren’t capable.
Don’t tell me the solution is to IMPORT a workforce while YOUR workforce — the American workforce — is out here breaking their backs for scraps.”
You say you want to make America great again?
Then start by respecting the people who MAKE America function.
Start by respecting the men and women with calloused hands, sleepless nights, and a lifetime of sacrifice behind the wheel.”
“So don’t take this lying down.
Don’t shrug it off.
Don’t say, ‘Oh well, that’s politics.’
Because this? This is about your LIVELIHOOD.
Your FUTURE.
Your FAMILY.”
“Truckers… don’t let anybody — not a president, not a politician, not a CEO — tell you you’re replaceable.
Stand up.
Speak out.
Push back.
Because if YOU don’t fight for trucking… nobody else will.”
They waved the doors wide open.
Fast-tracked people with NO stake in this country.
Lowered standards.
Cut corners.
Then dumped thousands of unprepared drivers onto American highways…
…all so mega-carriers could save money
and politicians could brag about “labor solutions.”
This isn’t immigration.
This is labor dumping.
This is wage sabotage.
This is American workers being replaced by cheap bodies — and they think we won’t notice.
They didn’t recruit “talent.”
They imported desperation.
And they expect YOU to quietly step aside.
Let me remind you of what’s happened:
So when politicians tell you these are “talented workers” filling a gap — what kind of talent is that, if it ends in tragedy?
They fast-tracked CDLs for people with temporary or non-permanent status.
They gutted the scrutiny.
They ignored safety for the sake of numbers.
And now, too often:
that gamble is ending in wrecks, in fatalities, in broken families.
This is not recruiting — this is labor dumping.
This is reckless endangerment.
They load us with mandates: hours-of-service, ELDs, fine-print.
But when they let underqualified or improperly vetted drivers on the road?
They rewrite the laws after the bodies are counted.
This isn’t regulation.
It’s a trap.
Here’s where we draw the line:
If you’re driving tonight, or fueling up, or just sitting in that cab thinking about what’s happening:
You are not alone.
You are not replaceable.
And you are not powerless.
We need to speak up.
We need to organize.
We need to demand change — real change.
Because if we don’t…
They will treat us like we don’t matter.
They will treat our lives like a cost center.
They will treat our industry like a temporary gig.
But here’s the truth they don’t want to hear:
Without American truckers, this country stops.
Without our voices, they’ll never fix what they broke.
And without our fight, nothing changes.
We are not a political talking point.
We are not faceless labor.
We are truckers — the last cowboys of the asphalt —
and we REFUSE to be sidelined while Washington and big business gamble with our lives.
Because here’s the truth — and you know it:
When the American trucker stops…
everything stops.
Factories go silent.
Grocery shelves empty.
Fuel stations dry up.
Hospitals run out of supplies.
The economy collapses within DAYS.
We proved this during the pandemic.
We proved it during every crisis.
We prove it EVERY SINGLE DAY.
But somehow the people in charge forgot WHO kept this nation alive.
Well, here’s your reminder.
We demand:
An end to non-domiciled CDL loopholes
REAL broker transparency — not watered-down nonsense
Protection from labor dumping
Fair pay for all on-duty time
Regulation based on reality — not theory
A voice at the table where decisions are made
Respect for the people who literally carry the U.S. economy
This is not a request.
This is not a suggestion.
This is a DECLARATION.
you’re listening right now, if you’re rolling down I-40 or parked at a truck stop under a buzzing light:
You are NOT powerless.
You are NOT forgotten.
You are NOT replaceable.
But if we stay silent —
they will replace us.
So stand up.
Speak loud.
Push back.
Unite.
Because the future of trucking isn’t written by Washington.
It’s written by US.
By the people behind the wheel.
By the people hauling the freight.
By the men and women who actually MAKE THIS COUNTRY MOVE.
For over 2 decades, Rob Carpenter has worked at every level of American trucking…
For over 2 decades, Rob Carpenter has worked at every level of American trucking and blue collar America, from cab to courtroom, from broker desk to congressional record. His investigative reporting on chameleon-carrier fraud, fleet safety, and federal enforcement has appeared on CBS 60 Minutes, in FreightWaves, and across the trade press. He provides expert witness, compliance, and risk consulting services to attorneys, fleets, and insurers nationwide.
My professional principle has long been straightforward: I do not work against the trucking industry. For nearly all of my career, that meant exclusively defense-side and consulting engagements on behalf of motor carriers, brokers, drivers, and the insurers who underwrite them. That position was a matter of conviction, not convenience.
Over the past several years, I began accepting selective plaintiff engagements on a case-by-case basis, exclusively against chameleon carriers, rogue operators, and unprofessional entities whose conduct has actively degraded this industry. The reason is plain. Our profession has been infiltrated by bad actors who have given trucking a worse name than it deserves, suppressed wages, undercut rates, and undermined the carriers and drivers who work hard to meet their moral, ethical, and professional responsibilities — to the motoring public they share the road with, and to the shippers whose freight they are entrusted to move safely and efficiently from one place to the next.
Those carriers and drivers — the ones who do it right — are the ones I stand with. The bad actors are the ones I stand against. My work, in every form it takes, is in service of moral, ethical, and professional carriers, drivers, insurers, litigators, and the motoring public, and in defense of the brotherhood and traditions of American trucking.
I also consult with road-transport and haulage operators in the United Kingdom on DVSA-related matters and hold a Certificate of Professional Competence in Transport Management (CPC) issued under the British regulatory framework.

Avante K. Jackson, a seasoned Class A CDL Driver and dedicated mentor, is the founder of CDL Shorty D4D, LLC, based in Charlotte, NC. With over a decade of experience in the trucking industry, Avante has transformed his expertise into CDL Shorty’s Drivers 4 Drivers (D4D) Peer Mentorship Program, offering one-on-one CDL coaching designed to help both new and experienced drivers gain confidence, improve their skills, and succeed in the trucking industry.
Avante began his trucking career over 10 years ago, running OTR (Over-the-Road) and Regional routes, and gaining hands-on experience in dry van, flatbed, regional, and reefer units. His knowledge expanded as he spent two years training students to obtain their Class A CDL License, where he provided classroom and field instruction on essential trucking skills. From pre-trip inspections and coupling/uncoupling of combination units to mastering turns, backing, parking, and maneuvering through inner-city and interstate highway traffic, Avante’s role in CDL training schools gave him the expertise to prepare students for real-world trucking challenges.
Most recently, Avante has turned his focus to mentoring and coaching rookie drivers through peer support mentorship, helping them build confidence, improve driving techniques, and understand industry best practices. His goal is to provide CDL mentorship in Charlotte, NC that empowers drivers with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.
After receiving the gift of life from his angel donor, Avante has a newfound outlook on life and is committed to giving back to the trucking community. He openly shares his personal journey through the heart transplant process, educating drivers on heart health for truckers and the warning signs of heart disease. Avante firmly believes that knowledge is power, and by sharing his experiences, he hopes to help fellow truckers prioritize their well-being and lead healthier lives on the road.

I Drive For Change
Trucking isn’t just a job. It’s a lifestyle, a sacrifice, and for millions of Americans, it’s a calling. But somewhere along the way, the industry stopped treating it like one.
Shon Whitwood has been behind the wheel for 14 years. He has been A safety Manager over a fleet of 1,200 professional drivers he was a driver safety trainer and he taught truck driving School. He was a transport coordinator He’s logged the miles, worked the long hours, and seen firsthand what this industry asks of its drivers and how little it gives back. Unfair pay. Pressure to cut corners on safety. A system that treats drivers like they’re replaceable. After years of watching good people get worn down by an industry that depends on them but rarely respects them, Shon had enough.
I Drive For Change came out of that frustration, but more than that, it came out of hope. Hope that trucking can be what it’s supposed to be. A profession built on skill, pride, and integrity.
What We’re Fighting For
Building advocates,
Uniting drivers,
Building a team,
Teaching research,
Toll roads,
Autonomous,
Stacking taxes,
Fair wages,
Safety,
This isn’t about politics. It’s about people.
I Drive For Change advocates for the men and women who keep this country’s shelves stocked, its businesses running, and its economy moving. We fight for fair pay, because the work is hard and the hours are long and drivers deserve to be paid like it. We fight for safety on the road, because no paycheck is worth your life and no company should ever make you feel otherwise. We fight for driver rights, because every trucker deserves to know where they stand and have someone in their corner. And we fight for real industry reform, because patching the edges isn’t enough. The system needs to change.
Come As You Are
Whether you’ve been driving for decades or you’re brand new to the road, this community is for you. I Drive For Change is drivers, families, and allies who are tired of waiting for someone else to speak up.
Shon decided to speak up. Now we do it together.
Drive with purpose. Drive with pride. Drive for change.
